National Instructors' Day 2024

Thank you very much!
Review of the National Instructors' Day 2024 in Bern
On 7 March 2024, our ensa National Instructors' Day took place at Hotel Bern in the heart of the capital. An important event for ensa instructors from all over Switzerland and for the entire ensa team. We also welcomed other MHFA experts from neighbouring countries as well as dedicated guest speakers who provided our participants with exciting insights into their specialist areas. Together, over 100 interested participants gathered to experience a day filled with lively dialogue, exciting knowledge input and strong solidarity.
The event offered our instructor community a variety of opportunities for further training and interaction. Participants were able to choose from nine workshops, each offered in German, French or English, for a total of three presentations. The focus was on the topics of mental health and being an instructor. The workshops offered participants interesting input, inspiring discussions and valuable insights that opened up new perspectives.
Of course, the physical well-being was not neglected either. A delicious lunch offered attendees the opportunity to recharge their batteries while making new contacts and strengthening valuable friendships in a relaxed atmosphere.
To round off the day, the instructors had the choice between a guided tour of the Bern Botanical Gardens entitled "Drugstore in the Garden", where the instructors learnt about everyday drugs and medicinal plants, and a dance workshop, where the participants were able to waltz together with dance teacher Roland Haller in a playful and humorous way. Both activities provided a welcome change to the content-rich day and contributed to the positive atmosphere of the day.
National Instructors' Day 2024 was a complete success and thrives on the participation and commitment of everyone involved. We would like to thank everyone who made this day an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to National Instructors' Day 2026 and to coming together again to learn, grow and celebrate together. See you soon!
