Example 1: After applying, you have successfully completed the Basic day, the Training Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults and the Assessment and now you are a prospective ensa instructor. Due to your own leadership experience, you are interested in the course ensa First Aid Conversations for Managers. As a prospective or experienced instructor, you have the possibility to train for another course type by attending the one-day Training First Aid Conversations for Managers, provided you meet the necessary requirements.
Example 2: You have successfully passed the Training Mental Health First Aid: focus Youth including Assessment and would also like to be qualified to conduct the ensa Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults. Since you have already attended the Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults and have the prerequisites for the training, you can complete the two-day Training Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults.
Basic day
Content: Preparing you for your role as an ensa course instructor, the Basic day will provide you with administrative and methodological-didactic knowledge for working with groups in ensa Mental Health First Aid courses. Technical inputs and background information on the development and effectiveness of the course complete the programme.

Training Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults
Content: The content of the ensa Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults course is covered in the training on a meta-level. You practise guiding and debriefing exercises, films and pictures that are components of the course. This gives you the opportunity to deepen and consolidate the content of the course. After completing the training, you will take a written open-book exam, which also counts as admission to the assessment.

Training Mental Health First Aid: focus Youth
Content: The course contents of the ensa Mental Health First Aid: focus Youth is covered in the training on a meta-level. Assessment
Content: You will be asked to present a small presentation in front of the other participants and the trainers. This will be assigned to you a few days before the Assessment. Subsequently, you will receive feedback and an evaluation of your presentation from the trainers. Upon successful completion, you will be a prospective instructor.
Duration: 1 day
Prerequisite:
• Full attendance at the training and committed and appropriate participation
• Passed written exam for the training
Certification
Upon successful completion of the Assessment for the Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults or Mental Health First Aid: focus Youth, you will become a prospective instructor and can deliver ensa Mental Health First Aid courses with the corresponding focus together with more experienced instructors. This provides the opportunity to gain first-hand experience and learn from experienced instructors. When you become certified as a prospective instructor, your skills will be assessed by a trainer in the course you teach. The certification is based on feedback from the participants as well as the trainer. After passing, you are qualified to independently deliver courses as an experienced instructor.
Prices
The ensa instructor training can be arranged individually. There are two options for payment: Modules can be paid for separately or as a lump sum. The prices for the respective options are listed below. These prices include meals and teaching materials.

Payment
If the all-inclusive offer is booked, cancellation and repayment of partial services is excluded. The costs of the package offer as well as the assessment and all other costs are to be paid irrespective of the examination result. No refund will be made due to failure. After confirmation, the invoice will be sent 4 weeks before the start of the training. Cancellations received 3 weeks or less before the start of the course are subject to a fee. 8-21 days before the start of the course 50% of the individual course fee, 4-7 days before the start of the course 75% of the price of the individual course and 1-3 days before the start of the course: 100% of the price of the individual course.
