1. Consultancy

We will be happy to advise you on the selection of suitable ensa offers and provide you with an individual quote.
To do so, you can book us for a consultation meeting or request your quote directly.

2. Planning

After signing the offer, the desired ensa courses are planned together. You provide us with all the necessary information for the course and we will find the right instructor for you.

3. Administration

Participants are registered using the form in the ensa course management system. This ensures that the registered persons receive all relevant information for attending the course, including the handbook.

4. Preparation

We will connect you with your instructor for a preliminary personal discussion. During this meeting, we will discuss your expectations and needs again. We will send you a reminder email with all the relevant information before each course module.

5. Realisation

Your responsible ensa instructor is responsible for the implementation. The attendance of your participants is recorded in the ensa system. You always have the option to view the list of participants if necessary.

If individual participants miss a course unit, they have the opportunity to catch up on it in a public course thanks to our automatic catch-up system.

6. Evaluation and completion

At the end of the course, your participants will receive an evaluation questionnaire. You can view the performance analysis if required. All participants receive a certificate (after an online check) or a confirmation of attendance, depending on the course.

7. Accounting and follow-up

You will receive the invoice based on the actual number of registered participants and booked services up to two weeks after the end of the course. We are happy to be there for a follow-up discussion as well as further planning and implementation of the ensa courses.

Licensed provider

As the national ensa programme manager, the Pro Mente Sana foundation is responsible for the Swiss licence of the Australian ‘Mental Health First Aid’ programme.

More than just a course

Post-training support is a central part of the philosophy of ensa courses. The ensa Mental Health First Aid training does not stop when the course is over. With the ensa programme, we provide ongoing support for first aiders – well beyond the initial certification.
