ensa Refresher: focus Adults

The ensa Refresher course is aimed at first aiders who have already successfully completed an ensa First Aid course/webinar and whose First Aider certificate is about to expire.

In the 4-hour course, first aiders can refresh and deepen their knowledge, practice their skills in first aid situations and exchange experiences with other first aiders. In addition, the ensa First Aider certificate is renewed for another three years upon successful completion of the exam.

Besides refreshing the basic knowledge about mental illness, the latest research Mental Health First Aid is provided. Through interactive group exercises and role plays in complex situations, participants will practice ROGER – the five steps of first aid.
