ensa Instructor training

Thank you for your interest in the ensa instructor training. 

You meet the requirements for admission to the Training: Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults or Youth if you

• have a valid ensa first aid certificate with the appropriate focus (adult/youth).
• can demonstrate didactic experience in adult education.
• have in-depth specialist knowledge of mental illness.
• have dealt with the subject in depth in your role as a professional, person affected or relative (e.g. psychology degree, peer training, trialogue seminars).
• live an open attitude towards persons with mental illness.
• are willing to lead regular ensa first aid courses and to plan and organise them on their own initiative. 

To apply for the ensa instructor training, we need a CV and the completed application form. 

When training to become an ensa instructor for the Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults or Youth, you have the option of booking the Basic day as an individual service or the package deal (Basic day incl. Training and Assessment). You can find more information about the Training concept and prices here. 

The review of the application documents usually takes about 1-2 weeks. If you meet the requirements, you will then be invited for an online interview, in which we will be open to answer your questions and introduce you to the job as an ensa instructor. As soon as possible, you will receive a confirmation whether you have been accepted for the ensa training. As soon as you confirm your participation, your registration is binding. 4 weeks before the training starts, you will be informed whether the training will definitely take place.
